How does the order system work?

When you submit an order, an estimated shipping window is calculated. Bahco will email you with an update at the following times:

• When your order is received.
• When your hardware is ready to ship and requires payment.
• When we've confirmed your shipping address and finalized your payment.
• When your tracking information is available.

You can only complete the purchase from the account that placed the order. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Your order is not final until payment is received.
